Lifestyle Behaviours of Young Adults (Part 2)
We're back again and we need your help!
In April this year, Griffith University completed a survey on young adult’s physical activity behaviour and now we are looking at healthy eating behaviours. Insights from both surveys will be used to develop a weight management program for young adults.
If you are aged 18-35 years, then we would love to hear from you!
The survey should take no longer than 20 minutes of your time and in return you can enter the draw to win 1 of 10 $50 gift vouchers!
The first stage of this research was a survey conducted in April 2018 which focused on the individual, social, and environmental drivers of physical activity behaviour. This next stage of research consists of a similar survey focused on the individual, social, and environmental drivers of healthy eating behaviour. The findings from both stages of research will be combined to inform the development of a weight management program for young adults.
This survey will be open until 22 December 2018, and findings from results are expected to become available from 31 February 2019.
