Feeling not quite yourself?
Have you recently started feeling a little flat or ‘not quite yourself’? USC’s EMERALD wellbeing program can support you to make small but positive changes now.
EMERALD is an evidence-based program that aims to boost your wellbeing through achievable lifestyle strategies. Participants have significantly increased their wellbeing by up to 52%.
USC’s Thompson Institute offers the free program to adults (18 years and over) living in Queensland. USC students who could benefit are encouraged to register.
The program offers personalised coaching and high-quality learning modules that arm you with strategies proven by the latest science to support wellbeing.
Lifestyle topics you can choose from include: nutrition; exercise and movement; sleep quality; mindfulness; social connection; anxiety management; and understanding mental health.
The Thompson Institute’s friendly experts will share with you how even small changes in these areas can be effective in supporting your wellbeing.
Appointments are by Telehealth (phone or video calls) and learning modules are self-paced and online.
If you want to enhance your wellbeing and learn strategies to nurture it for life, get in touch.
