Opportunity for students with disability to share their experience

25 Oct 2021

The Australian Government Department of Education, Skills and Employment is currently reviewing their National Disability Coordination Officer (NDCO) program.

The NDCO program aims to ensure people with disability are provided with equitable opportunities to access and participate in tertiary education and reach their graduate employment goals.

If you are a student with disability, you are invited to share your experiences and views via the NDCO program review. The review will help to better understand the barriers that exist, and the support needs required, to better assist students with disability in the transition to and participation in tertiary education and subsequent employment.

To express your interest in participating in the review, contact Ellena Szwajcer on 02 6109 6330 (ext.) or email NDCOreview@orima.com, and advise if you have any access requirements to enable you to fully participate in the consultation. The review consultations will occur between mid-October to mid-November, and you can participate in either a survey, focus group or interview. Read the Participant Information Statement for more information on the NDCO program review.

If you have any questions regarding this opportunity, please contact AccessAbility services.
