USC Moreton Bay: Changes to pedestrian access and emergency assembly

14 Jun 2022

As you may know, construction has begun on the Stage 2 buildings at USC Moreton Bay. This means that from Monday 13 July, there are changes to pedestrian access to the campus, including from both the Petrie train station and the free carpark.

You can view the new pedestrian access pathways on the USC Moreton Bay campus map. Please take care when accessing the campus and follow all signs and instructions.

There is also a new Emergency Assembly Area located on the eastern side of Building A, outside the Student Centre and café space. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with the emergency evacuation signs displayed at various locations within the building, so you know your nearest exit in the case of an emergency and how to access the Emergency Assembly Area.

If you have mobility issues, please contact AccessAbility Services or SafeUSC to discuss your personal emergency evacuation plan.

Please reach out to the friendly SafeUSC Security officers if you have any questions or concerns.
