Note: If your problem is not raised as soon as it occurs, MyPrint Support may not be able to resolve the issue or find the cause and you may not be eligible to receive a credit.

If you need to report a printing problem or machine fault outside of the support hours, please complete the form below and MyPrint Support will attend to the issue the next business day. Usually, once a machine fault has been fixed, the printer will resume printing your job.
