The Venues and Catering Manager is responsible for the management of venues and catering services on the USC campus. Venues covers all student, staff and visitor meetings and social events, whilst catering consists of the provision of food and beverages through the campus food outlets of Cafe C, the Brasserie and Brasserie Coffee Shop.
The Venues office is the first point of contact for all event enquiries and bookings. Michelle's primary role is client liaison and co-ordination with the functions catering staff. The Venues Officer also undertakes general administrative and financial functions for the Venues office.
Michelle's work days are Mondays to Thursdays.
