Dr Lenny Vance completed his PhD here at the University of the Sunshine Coast (USC) in 2017. The research for his doctorate focused on brand equity outcomes for corporate sponsors of junior sport in Australia. He teaches Marketing and Events management within the School of Business.
Findings from his doctorate research have been published in ANZMAC conference proceedings 2015 in Measuring Business Excellence and Corporate Communications: An International Journal. Lenny has also written industry commentary for Creating Enduring Festivals, the Australian Association of Social Marketing and The Courier-Mail.
He has a Master of Business (Communication Studies) degree and has enjoyed an extensive career as a senior marketing, sponsorship and events manager and corporate consultant. Outside of his professional duties Lenny is an enthusiastic surfer, musician and songwriter.
