Dr Steven Boyd is the program coordinator of the Bachelor of Property Economics and Development and a lecturer within the Faculty of Arts, Business and Law at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
Since 2001 he has been active in property funds management, valuation, consultancy and education. During the past 12 years Steven was part of the Property Operations team for a Brisbane based funds management company before moving to the Sunshine Coast in 2007 to manage a consultancy and valuation practice. Steven is the President of CCIQ Noosa (Noosa Chamber of Commerce) and a Queensland Divisional Council member of the Australian Property Institute. In the past, he contributed to the region's Property Council of Australia (PCA) and held the Chair for the Noosa Biosphere Economic Board.
With the help of Dan McKinnon from AppFactory, in the Innovation Centre, Steven designed and developed REFeasibility. REFeasibility is a mobile application enabling the assessment of project feasibility on the move.
