Trevor has worked as a Lecturer in Education on the Fraser Coast campus for the past 10 years. Before this time, he taught for 25 years in a wide range of school settings, holding a range of positions including Mathematics/Science teacher, Head of Department, Director of Students and Director of Studies. Throughout his career Trevor has had a keen interest in the pastoral care of students and this became the focus of his doctoral studies. His main research interests presently lie in the enhancement of the student's first year experience in higher education and the development of effective online cooperative learning pedagogies.
