The USC Arthritis Clinic is a teaching clinic for student exercise physiologists, and is supervised by an accredited exercise physiologist.

Regular exercise is one of the most effective ways to manage arthritis. Generally, people with arthritis need to do a mix of three types of activities to help improve their condition: mobility exercises, strengthening exercises, and aerobic exercises. We're offering a weekly group clinic using evidence-based exercises to improve the quality of life of people with arthritis.
If you would like to take an active role in the management of your arthritis, we invite you to join us.
