After the lightning strikes which disabled some of the University’s Sippy Downs networks last Sunday, facilities management and infotech teams have been working hard to restore all University systems.
The University expects “business as usual” for staff and students next week.
However, some delays in receiving replacement parts over the festive season have meant a few outlying systems aren’t operating yet at full capacity. The tech teams have provided workarounds, but if you do encounter any systems issues, please contact the IT help desk.
This is the last update on this issue we expect to make.
