USC athletes finish Games with 12 medals

After incredible performances at the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games, our USC athletes have come away with 12 medals altogether.

Between them, they have won five gold, three silver and four bronze in the swimming pool, on the cycling track and on the netball court.

The final two medals were secured in the same match on the final day by Sunshine Coast Lightning captain Geva Mentor playing for England’s netball team that beat Australia’s team 52-51.
