IND221 In-Country Indonesian Studies B


This second intensive language and culture course is undertaken at the Universitas Gadjah Mada through the Australian Consortium of In-Country Indonesian Studies (ACICIS) or through another Indonesian University as negotiated by the Course Coordinator. Students gain formal language instruction alongside first-hand speech experience and culture in Indonesia. Class contact time is the same as on campus at USC, there are other considerable cultural and life experience benefits. Fieldwork research option maybe undertaken by third or fourth year students and a significant research report required.
