In this course you will focus on the methods and principles of supply chain management in manufacturing and service firms. The course offers basic methods of analysis in planning, organizing and controlling supply chain operations. Supply Chain Management manages all activities related to products/services from the point of origin to the point of consumption, to ensure that the right product/service, in the right quantity, in the right condition, is delivered to the right customer at the right place, at the right time, at the right cost.
