This course introduces you to the contemporary advertising media channel environment and develops an understanding of channel planning and the strategies employed in the creation and purchasing of integrated advertising campaigns. You will become familiar with the various online and offline media channels including; free-to-air and ‘pay’ television, radio, print, outdoor, and ambient, as well as the digital environment of online, social media and mobile. You will learn how to develop an advertising channel plan based on an actual client brief, then cost and present that plan to your client.
