This course provides an advanced understanding of the discipline of ‘three-dimensional packaging design’ covering, designing for mainstream brands and mass manufacturing, understanding a brief, developing the rationale, generating innovative creative concepts, working an idea, the design process and communication. You learn the legal, environmental, social and ethical issues, including production, client marketing objectives and budgets, distribution and display requirements. Learning will focus primarily on a commitment to sustainability, economically viable, socially responsible materials that protect and enhance the environment. This course provides professional samples for inclusion in your design portfolio.
