EDU210 Professional Learning: Professional Practice

You will be introduced to the design, planning and implementation of learning experiences in this introductory 15 day block of supervised professional experience. You will develop strategies in relation to learning engagement, learning management and reflection on your teaching practice. As a preservice teacher you will gain experience in identifying students’ learning needs, skills used in group learning and appropriate communication skills to create quality relationships. As a preservice teacher you will engage in a preliminary study of assessment methods and strategies, including criteria for selecting and evaluating assessment tools.
