In this course you have a further opportunity to refine your personal literacy and numeracy skills and demonstrate your achievement of the standards required for the teaching profession. You will explore ways to identify literacy and numeracy issues in secondary contexts in particular to support learners for whom English is an additional language or dialect. You will explore innovative solutions to literacy and numeracy issues by engaging with colleagues in professional conversations to emphasize the importance of student learning and the importance of collaborative professional practice.
