Postgraduate Course
This course requires you to prepare a business model and feasibility analysis for a new venture. You will develop a business concept, research, and design a business model to fit your target audience’s behaviour. You will further develop that into a feasibility analysis to illustrate the venture potential of your concept. This process forms the foundation to write a business plan. Topics include business concept and business model design, feasibility analysis, business plan content and design, new venture strategy, new venture marketing, new venture organisation and new venture funding.
