ENG706 Planning for Project Management

Breadcrumbs

Effective engineers deliver projects on time and on budget by adhering to codes of practice and using a logical methodology that meets national and/or international standards. In this course, you apply the first two phases of project management (starting the project, and organising and preparing it) to one of the phases of the pavement life cycle. You prepare industry-standard planning documentation to solve problems and optimise outcomes for a real client. You also take into account human and environmental constraints, and sustainability issues in the preparation of the capstone project.
