ENP211 Planning and Environmental Law

Planning and Environmental Law forms part of the planning governance theme. The purpose of this course is to enable you to build on and integrate your understanding of planning theory and practice, by examining current legislative frameworks of Commonwealth and Queensland planning. Planning processes and environmental law are illustrated with particular reference to the analysis, implementation and enforcement of planning instruments applied at the State and Local levels of planning. Development and application of professional skills including database searches will also be highlighted.
