This course is designed to be practical and student-centred. You will develop team skills by actively participating in a team in the context of collaborative and experiential learning about self and team dynamics. You will acquire an understanding of frameworks covering leadership, team roles and group development as well as theories addressing emotional intelligence, conflict resolution and team decision-making. In addition you will gain experience with practical techniques for improving effectiveness in teams.
