ITL211 Italian D

Breadcrumbs

This course extends students' ability to understand and speak colloquial Italian and develops reading and writing skills through work with texts drawn from a variety of media. As an integral part of the course, students are given the opportunity to interact with native speakers of Italian living in the Sunshine Coast community with the purpose of improving their language proficiency and enhancing cultural understanding. The meetings will be held in class time; their number will depend on the availability of suitable Italian community members. The course wants to present the Italian language not only as an object of study in itself, but also as a real means of communication.
