Strategic supply chain management concerns the effective design and long-term planning of a network of interconnected businesses involved in the provision of products and services to end-users. Strategic supply chain management looks at the supply network as a strategic asset, as increasingly supply chains are the business. In this course you will cover dynamic supply chain alignment of an understanding of customers, how to satisfy these customers, the internal capability of the enterprise, and the leadership style of top management.
