MGT730 Leveraging Innovation, Design and Creativity

Breadcrumbs

Innovation is a popular term worldwide and critical in many fast paced industries, yet remaining one step ahead of the competition requires a keen understanding of the principles underlying creativity and innovation. In this course you will explore these principles, the innovation decisions involved, together with creativity and design techniques that contribute to the successful implementation of innovation decisions. A key question we will continually ask is: How can we design innovation to address the changing needs of society and become more productive?
