The course builds on prior learning from PED210 Principles of Property Valuation and PED220 Property Investment Valuation and Market Analysis. Property is identified as an asset class and its interaction with other investment options is examined over the economic cycle. Traditional and contemporary investment performance analysis techniques are explored and evaluated with reference to investment grade property assets. The course allows you to develop an awareness of property as an investment class and to acquire the necessary analytical skills to facilitate sound property investment decision making.
