Welcome to USC – we’re looking forward to meeting you at Orientation!

Orientation is designed to help you to make the best possible start to your university experience.

Session 8 Orientation will run at USC Sunshine Coast and USC Fraser Coast. Check the tab below to find out more about Orientation at your campus.

Orientation to USC Sunshine Coast

When: Friday 17 November
Time: Register from 9:15am for a 9:30am start. The program concludes at 1:15pm.
Where: Lecture Theatre 8, Building K, USC Sunshine Coast campus

Here's what we’ve got planned for your Orientation day:

  • Registration and Welcome
  • Academic and research skills
  • Essential Program Information Session
  • Break: bring a snack from home or grab a quick bite from one of the cafes on campus
  • IT skills
  • Library and Campus tours 
Organise your student ID card!

Submit your photo for your ID card now and you'll be able to pick it up on Orientation day.

Getting Here

USC Sunshine Coast is a paid parking area. Allow enough time to find a park and check out the different parking locations available on campus.

Orientation to USC Fraser Coast

When: Tuesday 14 November
Time: Register from 8:30am for a 9am start. The program concludes at 12noon.
Where: FCC2.09, USC Fraser Coast Campus

  • IT Systems/Blackboard overview
Organise your student ID card now!

Student ID Cards can be requested at USC Student Central Fraser Coast 8.30am–4.30pm Monday to Friday. Please note that you will need to bring photo identification in order for us to provide you with a Student ID card.

 

What’s the Essential Program Information Session?

Find out all you need to know about your program, including what to expect, what you'll need, where to find program-specific information, plus more. You'll also get to meet your teachers and other students.

We'll also have staff available all day to help you with enrolment and organising your Student ID Card.
