Environmental management/science student opportunities with Noosa Council

19 December 2017

Noosa Council is looking for motivated, hard-working undergraduate students to join their team in Semester 1, 2018 and work on five projects in the following areas: GIS technology, wildlife ecology and conservation, plant ecology, animal ecology and environmental management. Full details of projects are available in the attached information package.

Students will work remotely and independently, accessing resources at USC and meeting with their Project Supervisor at Noosa Council weekly or fortnightly.

The projects are available for students enrolled in an environmental science, environmental management or sustainability related program, preferably enrolled in their final year in 2018. It is expected that projects will be undertaken as part of the course WPL310 Workplace Learning I.
