Graduate Actuarial Analyst - Sunshine Coast QLD

You can expect to be dealing with people from right across the organisation from the CEO to Call Centre Advisors. You will see the work you do directly adds value in the business with a focus on quick turnaround of quality results. From reinsurance and capital, through reserving and claims analysis, pricing and product development, to operational analysis and modelling; the actuarial department is central to Youi's operations.
The actuarial department has wide and deep industry experience, with team members involved closely in industry debates around matters such as flood insurance, disaster management and capital requirements. The team has considerable experience implementing cutting edge techniques relating to modelling and data management.

Environmental Health Officer - Warwick QLD

The Environmental Health Officer is responsible for community awareness and compliance with statutory requirements in respect of environmental health matters. The Environmental Health Officer will undertake inspections and licencing of establishments and services, investigation of food, public health and environmental nuisance complaints and undertake programs which promote a greater understanding of environmental health requirements.

To be successful in this role you will need to have experience in applying legislation and statutory regulations relevant to Environmental Health and a working knowledge of administrative procedures and contemporary practices. You will need to have a commitment to excellent customer service and proven ability to work in a team environment.

Live-in Carer – Gympie QLD

The person requiring care has disabilities include Narcolepsy, Cataplexy and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Experience in Disability support role is not required, however a calm, gentle and astute disposition are essential. This is mostly a 'supervisory' position but also some personal grooming (drying hair, tying shoes ect) and reminders to take medication would also be required. The person being cared for is returning to study at USC Gympie Campus in 2018.

The applicant must be an Australian Citizen and studying/working under 25 hrs per week to be eligible for Carers Pension through Centrelink. Carers Pension is approximately $500 per week plus rent assistance and study allowance. The person would need to cover their own bills including rent, electricity and food from their Carers Pension.

This is a live-in position, and the person would be required to pay rent and expenses.
