USC values the effort that students make to achieve their study goals. We do understand, however, that unexpected or extenuating circumstances can interrupt original study plans. In this case, students may be able to graduate with a Diploma, relevant to their most recent program enrolment.
Graduating with a Diploma, gives students an accredited qualification from USC, based on their study progress.
USC has a range of Diplomas to provide students who choose to exit their Bachelor's program early with a nationally accredited qualification.
Eligibility to graduate with a Diploma
Students must have:
- successfully completed 96 units or more degree level courses and not be able to continue with their Bachelor's degree program; and
- completed at least 48 units at USC; and at least 48 units within the relevant discipline.
Students can resume their Bachelor's Award program at any stage after graduating with a Diploma if they wish to do so.
