Indigenous Services welcomes a new colleague at USC Fraser Coast

Indigenous Services welcomes a new colleague based at Fraser Coast Campus - Tanya Ross, Student Engagement Officer.

Tanya grew up on Bindal country and is of both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritage. She has a Bachelor of Community Management and completed her studies at Macquarie University.

Tanya has worked in both the public and private sector, beginning her health career as an Enrolled Nurse. Her latest innovative idea has directed her into the tech world as a tech start-up, developing an app for pet owners. Her motto is "you're never too old to learn."

Tanya has a passion for learning and is excited about her new role as the Student Engagement Officer. She looks forward to working with you, and assisting you to reach your academic goals.
