USC students and guests of USC have access to printing, photocopying and scanning, from any of the self-serve printers, located at USC Sippy Downs, Fraser Coast, Gympie, Noosa, Caboolture, SouthBank and SCHI.
Students and guests of USC can manage their MyPrint account online – Add value, view statements, change your 4 digit PIN, WebPrint and Shop.
The MyPrint website offers you the following online facilities:
- See the Balance and Last Use of your MyPrint account.
- *Add Value to your account using a secure credit card payment system.
- Set up Low Balance Notifications account Options.
- View Statements in summary or detail view by date range.
- Change Your Settings to regulate Emailed Statements and change your Account PIN.
- Access WebPrint to print from your own device and release your prints from a self-serve printer - Process files, URL documents and emails.
- Access the MyPrint Shop to purchase self-serve binding items, Course Workbooks, Placement Shirts, USC Apparel and Merchandise.
*You will need a Debit/Credit Visa/MasterCard to add credit to your MyPrint account. Debit Visa/MasterCards are available from your bank or can be purchased from Australia Post.
How to use MyPrint for the first time
USC Students
Log in to MyPrint using your USC username and password. When you log in for the very first time, you simply create your MyPrint account.
- *Add credit to your MyPrint account, before you can print or photocopy.
- Setup a 4-digit PIN to secure your MyPrint account.
- You will need to know your USC Student ID number and 4 digit pin to login to a printer.
*You will need a Debit/Credit Visa/MasterCard to add credit to your MyPrint account. Debit Visa/MasterCards are available from your bank or can be purchased from Australia Post.
Guests of USC
Create a Guest Account to access the MyPrint website and self-serve copying and printing facilities.
- To create a ^Guest Account you will need a valid email address. MyPrint will communicate with you via this email address.

Note: If you would like to close your account please email maps@usc.edu.au. Refunds are available for values above $10.
^Guest accounts are active for 24 months.

How to print for the first time
- Once you have credit on your MyPrint account (SSAF credit or credit you have added via MyPrint), you are now ready to start printing.
- Send your print jobs to the self-serve printers from a USC computer or from your own device (WebPrint).
- Go to any self-serve printer and login with your ID number and create a 4 digit PIN.
As part of the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF), all enrolled USC students are issued a $20 credit on their MyPrint account each Semester.
- The $20 SSAF credit will be issued once per Semester.
- The $20 SSAF credit is issued at the start of Semester and will expire at the end of Semester.
- SSAF credit is to be spent during the Semester.
- After the SSAF credit expires, any remaining SSAF credit will be lost.
- SSAF credit does not accumulate; it is reset to $20 each Semester.
How to spend your SSAF credit:
- Spend your SSAF credit on self-serve printing and copying.
- As you spend, your SSAF credit will be used first. When it is depleted, you will start using your MyPrint credit.
- Your balance displayed at the printer is your SSAF credit and MyPrint credit combined.
- Spend your SSAF credit when purchasing products from the MyPrint Shop.
- When you checkout, your SSAF credit is automatically deducted first. You can pay any outstanding balance with your own MyPrint credit or Visa/MasterCard.
- If you have enough SSAF credit to pay for your MyPrint Shop order, you will be taken straight to the transaction confirmation screen.
- Pay for printing or binding services at Mail and Print Services, Sippy Downs.
