Your files must be print-ready in the format and size that you need to be printed.

You can choose to print your file in black or colour, single or double sided and select a page range and number of copies.

If you want to enlarge, reduce, change the layout or print in booklet format to print via WebPrint:

  • open the original file and print it to PDF, making the necessary changes in the Adobe print driver. This will save your file as a print ready PDF. Be sure to open the PDF and check that your preferred settings have applied correctly. Then you will have a file ready to print via WebPrint.
  • Alternatively, print your files from a USC Computer (File + Print) and apply the required changes to the print properties before you hit print. Depending on the program you use, you may not be able to preview your file with your print settings. For that reason we always recommend converting your files to print ready PDF.
