This seminar forms part of the HDR seminar series, which focuses on developing and refining the skills of HDR candidates. Featuring an Academic skills adviser and guest presenters, the seminars also address the connections between academic, professional and research skills.

Presented by Dr Cameron Fuller, Academic Skills Adviser, this seminar outlines the characteristics of literature reviews and offers strategies to help you structure and write your review. It discusses how to address patterns and gaps in the literature, how to present an argument for your research and how to situate your project within a field of research.
