Professor Gary Pickering

Adjunct Professor

Professor Gary Pickering has a diverse academic background, having completed a Bachelor of Science (Zoology), a Postgraduate Diploma in Viticulture and Oenology, and a PhD in Wine Science. Previously, Gary was a Professor in Biological Sciences and Chair of Biological Sciences at Brock University. Gary has worked as a Research Manager at the Eastern Institute of Technology, and as a Lecturer in Wine Science with the School of Wine and Food Sciences at Charles Sturt University.
