Dr Daniel Moscovici, Associate Professor of Environment and Sustainability at Stockton University will give a talk on Tuesday 6 August entitled
'Sustainable Wine: Certifications and Consumer Perspectives.'
Daniel Moscovici is an Associate Professor in the Environmental Studies & Sustainability Programs at Stockton University - located in the Pinelands National Reserve, New Jersey, USA. He currently serves as the Coordinator of Environmental Science, Studies and Geology Programs. His academic research focuses on sustainable natural resource management, land conservation, regional planning, and environmental pedagogy. His courses at Stockton University include Environmental Issues, Environmental Planning, Regional Planning, and International Tourism and Development. In the past year, he has also presented to students in The Netherlands, Greece, and Chile. He is now in Australia, with a Fulbright Specialist Award, studying wine and sustainability in Southern Queensland.
