2020 Drug Driving in Queensland Survey
Method of entry:
Entry is open to respondents of the 2020 Drug Driving in Queensland Survey. To be included in the prize draw, those invited to complete the Student Experience Survey must complete the survey online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/3000COMM and provide an accurate and reliable method of contact.
Employees of the Sunshine Coast University Road Safety Research Collaboration are ineligible to enter this trade promotion lottery.
Duration of entry period:
The total entry period for inclusion in the competition is from survey launch on May to 24, 11.59pm AEST – September 21. All participants who complete the survey and provide contact details before 11.59pm AEST 21 September will be entered into prize draw.
Details of prizes and prize values:
#15 prize winners will be selected to win 1 of 15 $50 Visa Debit Cards.
Date, time and place of draw:
The Prize Draw will be conducted with the following schedule:
- 1:00 pm AEST 21 September 2020
The prize draw will be conducted at the USC Innovation Centre (Room G.46), Innovation Centre, 90 Sippy Downs Dr, Sippy Downs QLD 4556. Winners will be identified through a random computer-generated draw.
Publication of winner names:
Winners will be notified by telephone or in writing via email. The names of the winners will be published online on this webpage and on the USC Facebook page on September 23 2020.
Unclaimed prize draw:
If any prizes are unclaimed by 14 October 2020, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the USC Innovation Centre (Room G.46), Innovation Centre, 90 Sippy Downs Dr, Sippy Downs QLD 4556. The winner will be notified by telephone or email and in writing. The names and the higher education institution recorded of all winner will be published online at on this webpage and on the USC Facebook page on 16 October 2020.
