Dr Takahisa Furuichi

Adjunct Senior Research Fellow

Dr Takahisa Furuichi is a Research Scientist with the Division of Earth and Planetary Dynamics in the Graduate School of Science with Hokkaido University. Prior to this, Takahisa was a Research Scientist with the Laboratory of Earth Surface Processes and Land Management, Hokkaido University. Takahisa completed his PhD with the Centre of Resource and Environmental Studies in the Australian National University, for which he was awarded the Australia-Asia Award from the Department of Education, Science and training. Takahisa’s research is centred on landform evolution and sediment movement, and the influence of climate and environmental factors.
