Having joined Maroochydore SLSC as a nipper at the young age of 10, Jason has won many titles including 20 Queensland Surf Lifesaving State Championship medals, 16 Australian Surf Lifesaving National Championship and Australian Royal Lifesaving Pool National Championship medals, over 30 world and international championship gold medals, represented Australia for a number of surf lifesaving and royal lifesaving teams, and set 7 international lifesaving world records.

The retired pool and lifesaving coach has trained a number of successful athletes and continues his involvement in the sport he adores.
