Cian Yang is Internal Research Initiatives Officer for the Office of Research.
She has experience working on a range of research projects in the university sector, including clinical research and projects in road safety and awareness. This includes supporting a range of research activities including participant assessments, data gathering and analysis, assisting with the preparation of journal articles, and liaising with other members of staff and external organisations.
Cian has also worked in administrative roles, and has extensive experience working directly with young people, adolescents, and the elderly.
She graduated from USC with a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) (Honours) program in 2020 and completed her thesis on the gut-brain axis and microbiomes.
