Isabella Mastrogiacomo is a Support Officer at USC SouthBank. She is responsible for providing a range of administration services and support to students, staff and visitors, along with facilitating the delivery of engagement activities and events for the campus.
Prior to this role, Isabella worked as a Student@Work at USC SouthBank, supporting fellow students with day-to-day enquiries relating to campus facilities, IT and support services. Later in her role as a Student@Work, she assisted with pre-semester transition to university activities. Isabella studies a Bachelor of Business (Tourism, Leisure and Event Management), with a minor in Human Resource Management at USC SouthBank and will graduate in April 2019.
During her final semester of study, Isabella interned at Iglu Brisbane City and conducted an organisational analysis, with a focus on the student experience provided to residents. Isabella has previously worked as a volunteer fundraising and events administration assistant for a local charity and has also worked and volunteered at several Brisbane-based events including the Royal Queensland Show; Supanova; the Australasian Hospitality and Gaming Expo; and a range of sporting events at Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium and Cricket Ground.
