The Venues and Catering Manager is responsible for the management of venues and catering services on the USC Sunshine Coast campus. Venues provides events catering and other requirements to student, staff and visitor meetings and social events, whilst catering consists of the provision of food and beverages through the campus food outlets of Cafe C, the Brasserie and Brasserie Coffee Shop, and vending.
The Venues office is the first point of contact for all event enquiries and bookings. Michelle's primary role is overseeing the co-ordination of events on campus, and ensuring the catering outlets are running efficiently with the provision of affordable and high quality food on campus.
Michelle is assisted in the Venues area by the Client Services Officer and the Venues Functions Coordinator, and in the Catering area by the outlet supervisors.
Michelle's work days are Mondays to Thursdays.
