Dr Sam Manger is a Clinical Research Fellow at the Mind and Neuroscience Thompson Institute as part of the Healthy Brain Aging (HBA) project and a General Practitioner in private practice on the Sunshine Coast.
He is also President of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine, host of “The GP Show” podcast and a vocational medical officer (VMO) in mental health for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Services (SCHHS). He completed his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and his undergraduate Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the University of Queensland.
He is a General Practitioner and Fellow with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) where he received an award for the highest score obtained in the fellowship examinations. He is also a Fellow of the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM).
