Eva-Marie is the Director of the Office of Engagement, responsible for developing University partnerships that are integral to USC's vision to be an institution of international standing, a driver of regional capacity building, and an unsurpassed community asset.
With over twenty-five years' experience in health and disability services as a practitioner and manager, Eva-Marie has also served as a student affairs professional and leader in higher education development since 2005. She is a review board member for the Review of Disability Studies international journal, University of Hawaii. Her research interests are in health promotion and student mental health.
Eva-Marie has extensive governance and leadership experience and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She was previously Queensland President of Relationships Australia, and has served on the management committees of the Australian Health Informatics Association, and SPIRAL Inc (disability services). She was elected to the Board of the International Association of Student Affairs and Services in 2013.
