Dr Lee-anne Bye is a lecturer in Communication. Lee-anne is passionate about teaching and contributing to student achievement, particularly at first-year. She is interested in developing student social capital, both within the classroom and within the wider institution.
AAUT (Australian Awards for University Teaching) Citation Award, 2017. These awards are granted by the Commonwealth Office for Learning and Teaching (OLT) to recognise quality teaching practices and outstanding contributions to student learning. Awarded to Lee-anne as part of the COR109 team in recognition of teaching excellence for a collaborative transdisciplinary team culture, which facilitates an exemplary supportive tertiary education experience for first year students through scholarly and informed curricula and resources.
