Profile
Dr Rick Jaeger has a Bachelor and Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and a PhD in Civil Engineering from USC. Rick has a passion for the environment and sustainable design solutions.
During his Masters degree, Rick studied energy-efficient and sustainable buildings, building physics and computer simulation of airflows in buildings. He decided to move to Australia after being offered a PhD-Scholarship in association with the Sunshine Coast Council. The research focused on improving existing drainage capacities of stormwater culverts to adapt to changes caused by global warming.
