Role
As the Senior Work Integrated Learning Placement Officer responsible for managing all aspects of Secondary Education Supervised Professional Experience (SPE) placements, Ms Thompson sources places for students at sites for their SPE, ensuring that a suitable place is found for students and all arrangements have been made for each student to be fully supported whilst undertaking their SPE.
Ms Thompson provides a personalised service to build and strengthen partnerships between secondary educational facilities and the University of the Sunshine Coast with the aim of students receiving high-quality support from sites whilst undertaking SPE.
Tammy Thompson's role is responsible for managing all aspects of Early Childhood and Primary Education Supervised Professional Experience (SPE) placements.
