DES101 Grammars of Design

Design plays an important role in generating imaginative and effective communication, understanding, and affective engagement. This course aims to develop your understanding and application of design principles and communication technologies. The course provides you with skills and strategies to assist in idea generation and encoding meaning through sound and image. Within this course you will conceptualise and design creative solutions and/or aesthetic experiences which address practical challenges and creative opportunities, and critically evaluate your own designs.
