The Christopher Haggarty-Weir Bursary is awarded to a student recipient enrolled in a Bachelor of Biomedical Science program
Established in 2016, The Christopher Haggarty-Weir Bursary is awarded to one student recipient each year enrolled in a Bachelor of Biomedical Science.
The A$1,000 Bursary will be paid approximately three weeks after Census Date of Semester 1, once enrolment has been confirmed.
- Eligibility
- student enrolled full-time in a Bachelor of Biomedical Science
- If no suitable applicants enrolled in a Bachelor of Biomedical Science are identified, the bursary may be awarded to a suitable applicant enrolled in any Science program at USC
- Permanent resident of Australia, Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or permanent Australian Humanitarian Visa holder
- student enrolled full-time in a Bachelor of Biomedical Science
- Selection criteria
- demonstrated financial need
- preference given to a student enrolled full-timeĀ in a Bachelor of Biomedical Science
