Zonta Club of Blackall Range STEM and Humanities Scholarships

​To assist female students studying in the STEM and Humanities fields at tertiary level.

Zonta International is a leading global organisation of professionals empowering women worldwide through service and advocacy.

Awarded to two (2) female students living in, or from the area covered by the Zonta Club of Blackall Range (ie Blackall Range and Sunshine Coast Hinterland from Maleny to Kureelpa, including Conondale, Kenilworth, Palmwoods and Landsborough) who are studying in the STEM and Humanities fields.

The successful applicant will be expected to report back to Zonta Club Blackall Range within twelve months of being granted the Scholarship.

Eligibility
  • living in or have come from the area covered by the Zonta Club of Blackall Range (Blackall Range and Sunshine Coast Hinterland from Maleny to Kureelpa, including Conondale, Kenilworth, Palmwoods and Landsborough)
  • studying for tertiary qualifications or equivalent in either STEM or Humanities
  • in second year of tertiary study or above or have been working in the STEM or Humanities field prior to commencing tertiary studies
  • permanent resident of Australia, Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or Permanent Australian Humanitarian Visa holder
